Say when we are in a crowd or while crossing the road, what would you do? Would you object, how would you object?

Depends who the guy is. If he's a friend or someone I'm romantically involved with I would embrace the gesture.
If it's someone I'm not fond of I'll just pull my hand away gently.

It depends on the people i think. I mean if the girl is independent and all that then maybe she wont want her hand to be held. On the other hand, she may feel safer with you holding her hand. Also, it depends on the relationship, i wouldnt want just anyone to grab my hand. I like it when my boyfriend takes my hand when we cross the road for example. It means that he is thinking about me i guess. Everyone is different though

I think it's romantic if it's not planned or weird but natural, like when your walking through a crowd and he reaches through to grab your hand so that he doesn't lose you. Aww...!
Also, I think it takes away from the moment and the sentiment if you ask. I'd be dumbstruck by the question of "Can I hold your hand?" That sounds so cheesy to me.

only gays are allowed to hold a girls hand except if his ur boyfriend. but if u don't know the guy then a woman will get mad if somebody touch his hand okay. so only gays or fags can holds a woman hand when their crossing in the street okay. cause gays are like a woman too okay girls don't mind if fags hold their hand. some of the girls even get naked infront of the gays or fags cause they know its impossible for a fags to rape a girl okay thanks
