I just bought some steve maden dress shoes and they only come in a 7, but I'm actually a 6.5. I really like them and was wondering if there's a product out there that can fill up the shoe, so that my feet are snugly fit in them. Anyone know any products or tricks?

I have this problem a lot. I usually just buy inserts from Dr. Scholls. They are comfortable and seem to stay put pretty well.

Usually I cant find shoes that fit either, so I just use inserts if I can.

Spacers.

It works for me.
