I work on ultraound processes, Can someone suggest some materials which i can build the reactor so that the sound waves are reflected inside th vessel instead of passing away from the reactor?

You want something with a high acoustic impedance, and the thicker the better. Impedance is density time sound speed. Non absorbing characteristics are important too, so the material should be nonporous. That means something dense and hard. Metals like steel or brass are good choices.
