same as where? Same as in the rest of the Netherlands, same as other european countries, same as in the USA/Canada? What? Most popular brand here is Marlboro... Brands are pretty much the same as in the USA except some Dutch brands USA doesn't have and there are some USA brands the Dutch don't have... Many Dutch people smoke Shag (roll-your-owns)... prices are about 15 to 20 eurocents a cigarette so between 3 and 4 euro a pack, about to go up again though... most packs used to be 20 or 25... now some brands have started selling packs with only 19 because they don't want them to cost more than 4 euro a pack...

Cigarettes in the Netherlands, come 20 or 25 per pack depending on the brand. As far as taste they are stronger, probaly because their cigarettes don't use filters. There are a few filterd brands but mostly unfiltered is the norm. All in all they are stronger and they are cheaper.
