Everytime I see this asked I come up with a different one. Biggest though is overall ignorance. Ignorance about different cultures, ignorance about oneself. Ignorance.

When my housemates fill the dishwasher and don't run it. Then the sinks full of dirty dishes, as is the dishwasher. I swear I must be the only one able to do it, trivial I know, but it really irritates me.

When people don't take their carts to the cart return- especially when they are parked 2 spaces from it!! How lazy does one have to be?? Arg

I work at a hospital intensive care unit. I hate it when nurses put lab specimens on my desk next to my drink.
