I used to have one and I think they are cute. It's not the piercing that makes a person seem trashy... it's the person that makes the piercing seem trashy.

I am guy, my girlfriend has hers pierced and it is hot and does not look trashy, but she has a nice belly already, you have to already look trashy for a belly button ring to look trashy, also dont have ugly belly and get it pierced huge turn off for us guys

It really depends. Sometimes I think it's cute, but other times I think it's extremely trashy. I think it's which belly-ring you use. I personally think the simple, crystal ones are adorable, while the elaborately designed orb ones are stupid.

Trashy. Although I used to have one. On me it was cute. Lol.
It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. You can feel a little prick when it first goes in, but definitely not unbearable.

Depends on who is wearing it and how they are showing it. I think that kept for private viewing or the occasional beach day they are very cute. I just dont like the half shirt stupidity and having to show it off.

I think it is kind of gross. That is just me though. My friend wants to get her belly button peirced and another one of my friends already has one. I dont think they are attractive.

i think its very cute it just a girl thing to do just like having your ears peirced.
although you have to have the cute belly that goes wih it to make it all cute togeather.
