I don't use lol. I actually do tell someone that i am laughing about what they just said. I usually say,"that is funny" or "you make me laugh" or some other comment.
When someone that is using my computer talks to any of my chat friends when my chat friend gets on line, they know it is not me after a few sentences because they know i do not use short words to express myself.
(They talk to them because they don't want to get off my computer and tell me someone for me just got on line.) I told them they would not use my computer again if they do not tell me someone is on line for me. lol !
