Just think of it as a twin day. (I had one during spirit week at school) You could dress alike or go as things that match. For instance, when my mom was younger she and her friend went as a bee and a flower. Of course you dont have to do that but you get the idea. You should find a good movie like a disney movie with best friends and come as those people.

Some kind of doll like a rag doll or a baby doll or a dummy doll etc. If you do a marionette doll, a rag doll or a baby doll etc. that require poofy skirts, you can wear a skirt and sew or glue some tulle or something on the inside or outside to make it poofy and wear a corset top or a apron dress but if u want it to be sexy wear the corset. you could go as a celebrity couple, such as Brad and Angelina, or Ashton and Demi.
Bonnie and Clyde would also be interesting, or Raggedy Ann and Andy, Mickey and Minnie or you could go as a prisoner and a warden. You could wrap him/her up in bandages and go as a doctor or nurse. Or a lion and a ringmaster. Also you could go as cowboy and cowgirl or a pilot and flight attendant.
