Oh, you should go!!!! Rome and Venice.....I've been there.

Rome is great for their architechural history. You can see the ruins of Caeser, and the Colosseum. Of course, if you're a big fan of Angels & Demons ny Dan Brown....you can follow the story in Rome. You can even visit Raphael's tomb.

And Venice......the city of romance in the sea. Beautiful place. If you're ever there, you must ride the gondola (i mean the small rowboat). They'll take you all over Venice....you'll feel like you went back in time. If you're lucky, you can even see Marco Polo's house. And you can witness the beauty of pigeons fluttering in pattens at the Square, when the church bell rang in its most rythnmatic tune. It totally different from any cathedral.

Venice is a wonderful place, if you like water that is! but you must go to the Glass Factory there, its where they have men by the red hot kilns moulding glass into vases, stemmed glass flute for drinking out of, oh all manor of things what an experience. Of course there are the gondalas as well (not to be missed). Rome is a different story, the Vatacan is hugh and so beautiful, a must see, you also a the Tiverly Fountain (seen in the movie 'Two Coins in a Fountain' and not forgetting the huge Arena where the Gladiators of acient Rome actually fought.

Rome and Venice are two of the best places in the world. They are unique and Italy is very safe. It's impossible to find as wide range of interesting things to see and do anywhere else in the world, London is a close second, but the food isn't as good.

I have actually been to Venice and Florence. I went last year at the age of 25 on a church mission trip. It was fabulous! I got to ride in a gondola (it cost 80 euro, though!). EVERYTHING is more expensive in Italy! :-)

I don't know any languages (besides English and Spanish), but i'm guessing you're saying Venice, Rome in another language (either that or a typo). Yes I would love to go there. You are so lucky. It's on my list of places to go when I get older (next to Paris, France and Akihabara, Japan).
