World War III would be the Earth's final conflict, but I really don't believe this is even close. If one were to look at the countries that are being most bellicose (N. Korea and Iran), they don't have nearly enough nuclear weapons or materiel to build them. These are skirmishes. Much of the finger pointing between the U.S. and the two countries could be dealt with more effectively from a diplomatic construct. Both Iran and N. Korea know we're just blowing smoke, just as we know they're blowing smoke. It has more to do with domestic posturing than a serious international conflict

As I see the situations around the world aren't serious enough to say WWIII is coming. Now if Iran continues its enrichment and North Korea continues with its nuclear tests then yes I would suppose WWIII could be coming. And it could be the earths final conflict if it is a nuclear war.
