im in a bowling league every monday nght one night there was a drunk that was making too much nose and he was asked to leave how whould i go about this problem?

who asked him to leave? The person managing the bowling alley is there to handle your complaints. If they have somebody drunk and anybody gets hurt the insurance flips out. If the insurance lawyers can show that the operators allowed a drunk to be on their property and get hurt the insurance is no longer liable in most policies. Complain to the management.

Just block out the noise and concentrate on your bowling. Bowling alleys are notorious for being noisy.
