Run into a police station, flip up your dress, (don't be wearing any undies,) lick your finger & bend over very very far & swirl it around your anus (not inside of it, you perv.) Look at them & giggle. Now, skip around while continuing to lick your finger, swirl your anus periodically...about every 5 seconds or so. All the while, sing I'm a girlie little piggy officer. Get drunk and obnoxious in public. Then threaten to hurt people. Yeah, some people are that dumb. I've seen it. One guy even thrashed a knife at 5 policemen. DUMB AND DUMBER.

my dad says murder and I think so too, but I think you can go to jail for a repeated DUI or drug offense. I'm not sure what's the quickest though.
