go for your account settings and try.

u hav 2 upload it on ur 360 acount first. and 2 get the picture, try an image search, and rightclick, then press save picture as. name it and go to the my page on 360. next to ur avatar, there is a link that says "edit photos" or somthing like that. click that and upload ur photo.

on YA, click on "My Q&A"; click on "Edit my info"; choose "Picture" options.
