Sweetie, Miley is a paid professional actress. I'm sure she will listen if her schedule permitted but I doubt it. Troubled? You have so much to learn in life don't let anything or anyone get you down. Talk to friends, even though parents seem hard they really love you and would probably love to help you. Don't be afraid to talk to them, they were young once too! Whatever is troubling you is only temporary, things always get better. I wish you the very best ans hope things get better soon.

I would suggest talking to someone who knows you well like your parents or a close friend, or even seeking help from a counselor instead of trying to contact a celebrity.
