mmm well i recommend buying the "study cards" specifically made for the SAT's in ninth grade... but dont overdo it.
tenth grade i would really start to study, possibly take the SAT in tenth grade, and then take it your junior and senior year too, so you can get used to it

well it depends on the student its not like there are only "good" students and "bad" students. not everyone has to study the same amount. and i don't know you so i can't tell you how you have to study, but i can tell you what i did: i bought the online study thing from collegeboard, did a practice test, worked on the areas i was unsatisfied, and took the real test. i bought the thing at the same time i registered for the test, about a month in advance or something. i didn't cram. i was satisfied with my score so i didn't take it again.

The best tym, would be in 10th grade, so that when youre in 11th grade, at least ur ready and u have like the background about it, me too, im already starting to review it because ima take it this school year coz im in 11th grade now, so yeah....gudluck in both of us..hehe
