not on the show but i saw her in this ad and she was quite pretty. I think because on the show she has to look like an intern who is constantly busy and has no time to take care of herself, she doesn't look as pretty.

In some of her pictures she is very pretty, in some she's not. I think Katherine Heigl is much prettier.
