Bobby ,when you say tampering did you just open the persons mail & read it or did you go furture than that? It's federal time get rid of the evedince and do not vouliteer no information .. Good Luck..

My co-worker received e-mail from an employee that worked for her husband. He created an e-mail account with her husband's name and sent messages stating he was having an affair. He is now in prison. The internet is more tracable than many people know.
