Are there other people out there who are generally in the middle? I vote for the person. If my party puts a couple of BAD people up, I switch party for a while! But if they just put one person up that I don't like, then I cross party lines and vote for the person I THINK is better. NOT what the NYTimes or Fox says, but actually what I think or feel.
I just called some woman an idiot because she wonders if Reagan was/is the Devil. Pretty mean and stupid of her, and just plain mean of me.

Do most of you vote the same party no matter what, and it also being the party your parents voted. ?? And their parents??

Everyone be sure to read, Non-Compa Liberal's answer. Sounds like a real brilliant guy there: NOT.

Hey you all, everyone assumes I'm a Bush Rep? I voted Clinton and Gore, and will probably vote Hilary, as well. Concentrate, think on the question, instead of attacking maybe, you think???

I have voted for candidates from 5 diferent parties (4 at the national level). No "party" deserves my loyalty or my vote. Most people prefer to take the lazy approach and cast their vote based on the meaningless little letter after a candidates name, but there are a few of us who take that decision seriously.

My parents were Reagan Democrats. I am an Independent. I get my information from CSpan and my link. I have very little faith in the corporate-owned mass media.

I originally registered as a Republican, then changed to the Democrats. I spent a short while as a Green and came back to the Democrats. I dont think you can call me dogmatic. I dont think Reagan or either Bushes were devils. I do think this Bush has and continues to break the law and should be brought to justice.

I have never voted for a republican, but I have voted for Green and Independent candidates. I go with whoever comes closest to my ideals and beliefs. I do a lot of independent research and never pay attention to political ads on TV.

My intelligence caused me to choose a party. I didn't always support the "party line" 100% of the time, but I did about 75% of the time. But now I won't choose to vote ever again.

If you vote Republican, you don't have the intelligence to realize your not playin with a full deck. So a Republican will always vote that way.
That's their strength.
