It has a 6 count beat,with music with an 8 count beat. You take 3 steps to 1 side and 3 the other.
The music to it is not in englesh. (I think it is in spanish).

This is the Cha Cha dance. I learned this kind of dance. It's not Spanish but a latino kind of social dance and if it had words they would be in Spanish. :)

It needs to be Samba...Move it, shake it and thrill you with all ahaaa...Dance at the beat...Sounds so circulate...rapid and velocity in a synchronized method...Both dancing at the beats of drums and bazz...And counting numbers on Mambo quantity 5... With the whole ball room jst gaizing on us...and also you and me worried with every different and misplaced in song...And flowing with the rythm...and ignoring the leisure..All I suppose the motion of your eyes and flashing among every others eyes... Rubbling, Bubbling and cuddling every others frame...Thats how it needs to be...And Dance Like Dirty Dancing:)

I would think it is bachata.( popular bands are aventura, monchy y alexandra...)
you do 3 steps to the side(or front) and you "tap" your foot on the 4thc count...then you do the same thing on the other side.
