^they have an awesome dress clearance section. & don't let the word clearance fool you their stuff is soo cute :].
-Jc Penney's
^i didn't see a clearance section but maybe i didn't look long enough. x]. but their dresses are hot & affordable so u don't really need the clearance ;).

I know this sounds weird, but check ebay. Or go to a consignment shop in your town/county. You'll find all kinds of bargains, all kinds of sizes.
