Honestly, you expect someone to type in every city in the US that has banned smoking in restaurants?

I'll start you off with one....San Diego, CA

Corvallis, Oregon. 80 miles south of Portland, Oregon. They did this at least 5 years ago. No negative impact on businesses. ALSO banned smoking in BARS and TAVERNS. That was a big issue. But again, No negative impact on businesses.

you have a factor. you will think of that that's much less annoying to stay away from 2d-hand smoke outdoors. yet -- in my opinion -- that's extra in all probability for persons to inhale somebody's smoke if the guy if smoking in a crowded section. i'm no longer announcing human beings who smoke could circulate to distant factors in basic terms so as that they are in a position to smoke in public, just to smoke in places the place there are not a lot of human beings.
