Newsboys are in the process of releasing a new album called GO. That features two good new songs - I'm Free and Everywhere we go
Casting Crowns - Lifesong album is relatively new with the title song and may others being really good.
If you are looking for praise songs one of the best relatively new collections is by Chris Tomlin called - Arriving which includes Indescribable and How Great is our God
Another good place to see what news in christian music would be to go to twenty the count down magazine and see what they have as a list of new songs or go to Klove's website and see what is currently at the top of their play list.

I don't know about anything particularly "new" from them, but the best christian group I've been connected with lately is Third Day. Really soulful folk rock type stuff. Closest to Hootie and hte Blowfish in the "secular" world.

I agree with the above answer. I'm not aware of the current Christian music hits. Third Day is the best current band. Also Switchfoot. Heres some sites that may help.
