like these people get stranded in like the woods, and they encounter savages who kill and eat people, like most of their friends get killed........not sure of the name.....its very scary though

Either 'Wrong Turn' or 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation' Same movie ;-) (wrong turn was better though)

Wrong turn. There's a scene in it that they hide out in an old forest ranger watch tower. The killers were mutated.
