The only one that comes to mind is Foxy Loxy from the classic fable, 'Chicken Little'. Help is appreciated. :P

In no particular order:

It was a fox who caught the Gingerbread Man.

Swiper is the fox thief in Dora the Explorer.

In an Aesop fable, a fox flattered a crow by complimenting her singing, causing her to sing and drop the piece of cheese it was holding (which was gobbled up by the fox). Moral of the story: Vanity is a weakness.

In another Aesop fable, a fox brags to a kitten that he is master of a hundred cunning tricks, while she only has one -- the ability to climb a tree when hunters come. When the hunters come the kitten quickly climbs the tree while the fox cannot manage to use his cunning tricks to avoid the hunter's dogs. Moral of the story: A little common sense often is more important that a lot of cunning.

One more Aesop's fable: A fox falls down a well and can't get out. He convinces a goat that he's done it on purpose to prepare for a coming drought. He convinces the goat to jump down likewise. Then the fox escapes by climbing on the back of the goat and leaving the goat stranded. Moral of the story: Never trust the advice of a man in difficulties.

There is a mischievous shape-changing fox spirit called a Kitsune in Japanese folklore (the type can be seen in the Shippo character in the anime series Inuyasha).

There is a book by Roald Dahl called "Fantastic Mr. Fox" where a wily fox outwits three farmers.

Reynard the Fox is a character in medieval European folklore -- first appearing in the medieval Latin poem Ysengrimus written around the year 1150 -- who outwits a variety of enemies.

"The Tail of Tricky Fox" is a book by Jim Aylesworth about a fox who bets his brother he can fool any human into giving him a pig.
