Yes, but you have to make sure you have the prereqs. I am familiar with both the pre-Nursing and pre-Med curriculum, and there is a great difference between them. It would take about two years to make up the prereqs.
Most nurses tend to go back and get a masters in nursing. They can become a Nurse Practioner. The Nurse Practioner program takes about 2-4 years.

If you have a Bachelor's degree with all the prerequisites for medical school, you can take the MCAT and apply for medical school. If you finish the four years, congrats, you're a doctor.
If you have a BSN, you can get a Masters in Nursing and become an Nurse Practitioner (like a family practice doctor).

Yes you can. As long as you have all of the prerequisite courses required for entrance to medical school, then you can. Otherwise, you have to take those courses first to be admitted to med school.
