Now that im 30, i dont understand --"why did i start so young?"Did something happen to me so young that i cant remember it/ im just asking to see if theres some one out there that can relate.

I started when I was about nine. Five sounds young but it is not unheard of. I know a kindergarten teacher who had a student one year who would masturbate in class. I'm sure he didn't know what he was doing except that it felt good. Freud says young children go through a stage when they 'discover' their genitalia. Something didn't have to happen to you to masturbate so young except your natural development.

Sometimes even babies do that, didn't you know? Boys manipulate their genitals and girls mastrubate by pressing their legs tight.
I used to work in a kindergarden, many kids of 4-5 do that, there is nothing wrong. Many just don't remember.
