After like 15 minutes the battery icon turns green again and I know it's not fully charged. I can't find anything in the instruction book about how long to do it. What works for you other DS owners?

When the orange light illuminates showing that it charges, it stays on until it is fully charged.

it tuns green because it has more than 15 minutes of battery life left. it turns red when there is 15 or less minutes of battery life left. if you charge while playing, it will take 6 hours to charge. if you have it off and let it charge, it takes 4 hours to charge.
