Does it suit you? If not, change it. If your bored with it, change it. I like it personally. But, you're the one that has to be satisfied with your avatar, so think about what you'd like to do and go for it.

I like the pic of you, but the dark hair against the dark background kind of drowns you out and makes the person more difficult to see. Maybe a little lighter background?
