ok im on this college wrestling team.
the weight limit is 450 pounds.
2 months ago the league started and we all weighed in i weighed in at 340
my coach says it is good to be big so i could pin people down easier. so he like has be eating 20-30 burgers before every pratice to put on like what 5 pound every monthj
well i sorta got used 2 eating that muchs and i guess i ate like that ona dialy basis
2 months later i weighed in7 pounds away from being of he wrestling team.
i 1st noticed i was gaining weight was when i could get shirts over my gut
help me stop

First you can try to switch to eating large amounts of healthy food and/or then slowly over time try to cut down a little bit each day so your stomach can shrink back down, It got larger to accomodate all the extra food you were consuming. You may feel hungry at first but it will get better if you work at it everyday.

Is this Sumo wrestling? My god, thats too heavy. I would either quit the team, or go on a serious diet. This coach will eventually ruin your health. Just for his team. He doesnt care about you, in the least, all he cares about is winning.

that sucks...I'm a 135 wrestler...i eat all the time off season and done gain much weight because i eat healthy...try switching the **** food to healthy stuff and slowly decrease serving sizes
