I think I might have a Urinary Track infection from holding pee back
but i dont know for sure some of the symptoms are

Pains kinda like side stitches and a little tiny bit of regular bright red blood discharge but hardly any at all..

Is this a Urinary Track infection or something else?

I have had two UTI's and they are no big deal really. My symptoms were minor and I didn;t even know until i went to the gyno. I had increases pee episodes (always had to pee) and it was harder to push out. I never heard anything about blood though so i dunno about that. Holding pee in can cause it, sex (because if the guys pee pee even accidently touches your butt then goes in you it can cause it, and believe it or not wearing tight jeans. You need antibioltics for it or it could turn into not only a urinary infection but affect your uterus and if goes untreated if could even affect your ability to have kids so go to the doc asap but don't worry they have a pill for it.

If you have a urinary tract infection, you'll feel like you desperately need to pee ALL the time, even when you just peed. And when you pee you'll feel a horrible burning feeling all up your urethra into your bladder. It's like you want to kill yourself. Anytime you have blood, though, it's always worth getting checked out. If the "side stitches" are at your lower back, that could be a kidney thing, which a UTI can turn into if left untreated.

It certainly sounds like a urinary tract infection to me and I have had a lot of experience with them! If you are passing even a small amount of visable blood, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. The doctor will prescribe antibiotics to cure the infection. If left untreated the infection could cause more serious problems.

That's tract, and blood in the urine...even a "tiny bit", is not a good thing. You should see your doctor who can verify what it is (and what it is not). A UTI is easily treated with antibiotics... but if you let it go too long, you could give yourself bigger more serious health problems.

No matter what anybody here says -- SEE A DOCTOR.

P.S. -- this is fairly "normal" for women. And, the good news -- if you drink Cranberry juice every day, you can pretty much keep yourself UTI free for the rest of your life.

Hard to say...UTI's sometimes present the same syptoms as bladder infections. See a doctor for the best answer and for medication.

I think it's time to let your mom know what's happening and get you to the doctor. Better safe than sorry. Your mom won't want you going through this by yourself.
