My husband and I are already married but my inlaws werent able to make it to our wedding since they are stationed in japan. Does anyone know the procedures of renewing vows? Anyone have contact numbers of people or ministers I can reach in Tokyo?

AFAIK Japanese couples don't make a practice of renewing vows, so there's no procedure. However I don't think there's anything stopping you from having as many wedding ceremonies as you like if you are already married.

Japanese wedding palaces offer "rent-a-priest" celebrants, but that would be expensive. There are bona fide churches of just about every denomination in Japan, I guess you could try Japan Times listings or the Japan Yellow Pages. Some churches consider weddings a great source of income, other churches only marry members of their own congregations.
