eat bananas. and peanut butter. and sit. and don't move much. you'll gain wait w/o disinigrating your health with bad food. good luck.

ok im thin 2 so I would try this:

1. Add 500 calories to what you normally eat.
2. Don't skip meals! 3 meals a day w/ 2 snacks.
3. Don't eat fruit with water, eat bananas and eat nuts too.
4. Milkshakes for weightgain like Ensure, they have Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate I think. (I've tried them their alright)
5. Don't just lay around the house becuz you want to gain weight but not fat.
6. When out to eat, order milkshakes becuz they have a lot of calories.
7. Drink milk, not non-fat, but 3 glasses of milk w/ 80 calories each glass is alot!
8. Exercise. Muscle weighs more than fat.
9. Eat lots of PROTEIN. Turkey, fish, pasta, rice, w/ dressing.
10. Make sure to get lots of sleep!
11. Record what you eat on a daily planner. How many calories your consuming and such.

Weight gain takes time. Gaining more than 1-2 pounds a week is not healthy.

Wow. That's a switch. Um. Exercise actually builds muscles which weigh more than fat... so try exercising and eating three full meals a day... or four... if you can do that. Don't try gaining weight by eating unhealthy foods... that will just make you sick.

I would say eat fatty foods,but god made you the way he would like you to be.I use to do the same thing and see it wasn't working but as I got older I see it wasn't meant for me to put on the weight,but now I'm 23 and starting to put on some weight I really don't care but I like it.Because the way your body is and the way it's made come naturally not by force,but I hope everything works out for you.

Don't move much and eat lots of sugary stuff and drink soda and beer.

Also try to throw in a double whopper and large fries, large pizza,
and processed foods.

Do this for a week, if you don't gain weight then we need to use you for scientific research

You want to gain wait to IMPRESS your man.
Um, ok.

Theres some weight gain shakes and things of that sort. Look around your local grocery store.
If all else fails, just pig out =)

eat, eat, and do some more eating than usual. but, stay healthy and exercise maybe gain soem in muscle. Oh! and eat late at night that always gives weight without doubt.

Dear I wish I could send it to you. How much do you need? I need to lose 40 lbs...sigh.
The opposite of the way we lose weight, eat more than you burn. But do it evenly to be healthy, don't pile up on sugars or fats....no point in making yourself sick, just heavier, right?

nicely boy being skinnier is extra suitable i'm one hundred sixty and desire i replaced into a hundred and fifty lol yet basically devour various carbs and do various weights and pushups to get muscle and devour various protein shakes, this get you heavy because of the fact of each and every of the extra muscle you will get.
