I think maybe he was afraid that Lana would tell Furley that he was in fact heterosexual. Who knows why they did that, but I loved that show.

Probably not - I always wanted Jack to get with Janet. Or maybe Mrs. Roper - now THAT would have been a crowning moment for cougardom!! LOL PS - ditto what Velvet Kitten said - I knew it too!!

I think its because she was annoyingly all over him all the time. She was like too easy of a catch for Jack, he preferred a woman that he had to chase other than one that was chasing him all the time.
