does politicization of war in Iraq by the commander in chief, make Americans safer?

Not at all, it has been said by 11 of the intelligents communitys that we are creating terrorist faster then we can kill them. I think that we are being lied to again by the president when he says we are safer

No, it doesn't make America safer. On the other hand, it doesn't make them less safe either. It doesn't increase or decrease the chance at victory either. These things are up to the military in the field.

You think that the War in Iraq should not be a platform for the Republicans or Democrats? I find that surprising.

The war is making America less safe. The people in Iraq and all those countries down there, are beginning to resent the American people. What they do not understand is that it is our government doing this and that a majority of the US population wants are troops to come home.
