Okay. I hope my daughter asks me this exact same question someday! First, it may hurt a bit at first. Remember though that if you're relaxed it will hurt less than otherwise. You're body has to welcome him. The less tense you are the better. Have fun with it...don't worry about whether he'll be..um...pleased..I promise you, that's a given. Take time to touch...you'll learn what he likes by his reaction. Please, don't be afraid to tell him to stop or slow down if you need to. He'll be grateful knowing if he's hurting you. He's going to be more nervous than you about the whole performance thing. And you'll be glad later if he's well trained!..lol. I don't think anyone else mentioned it so I will. Don't panic if you see a little blood afterward. It's natural because you're hymen will be broken. Some women do & some don't bleed afterward. It will be messy and probably a little clumsy...but it will be beautiful.. Good luck and congratulations.

From your question, it is not clear if you and your fiancé are already sexually active together with outercourse, mutual masturbation, oral sex, and/or anal sex, and that you are specifically asking about vaginal intercourse.
The experience of sexual intercourse for the first time can be romantic, exciting, sensual, fun, passionate, awkward, embarrassing, uncomfortable, disappointing, or any combination. To make the most out of your first experience, you may want to wait until the morning or day after the wedding night, when you are rested and ready to explore each other in a leisurely way, without fatigue or interruption. To minimize the discomfort or pain and maximize the pleasure of first intercourse, both of you need to take the time to explore one another's bodies and fully arouse each other before penetration. You'll be on an upward learning curve as you find out what feels good or not to each of you.

The first time can be a little painful for women. It is mixed with pleasure though so it is not to be feared. Hopefully your husband will take his time and be gentle. Too much too quick can make for a disappointing first time. Women are like crock-pots where men are like microwaves, BUT men can slow down and enjoy the journey if they will just do so. It is wonderful that you waited. Don't let fear ruin things for your special night.

Is taking for granted you are a virgin in order? If so consider it the most pleasurable night of your life. fear is always a factor in first time events of life. But there is no reason to be afraid. It's like a little pinch maybe. But not excruciating pain. Good Luck and may god bless your marriage. Grandmother Mary

You don't mention whether you and your fiancee are sexually active at the present, but sometimes it helps for the two of you to practice, using his finger, before the wedding night. If he's gentle with you, he'll stretch you so that the first time you have intercourse it won't be nearly as painful as it sometimes is. Besides, the "trial runs" are never a bad idea!

Just have him be gentle the first time. You will not mind because this is your wedding night and the man you love. You will enjoy every moment of it. Take your time and don't worry.

Go with the flow, and your love with each other will pretty much show you the way. Sounds corny, but believe me, that's the most beautiful part of all. Just ask my wife. Your love will make it something that will go down in history, so you don't have to be anxious about anything. Just let it be. - Hank

If you're saying that you're a virgin and are worried if it is going to hurt, all I can say to you is that it depends. Most likely it will hurt only because your hymen is literally ripping. But, your spouse will have to understand that its a big moment to you, and that it must be taken slowly and cautiously. good luck with your marriage and your special night.
