First off you need to find your center. Go up on releve and hold it. Once you are comfortable with that, do your single and try to stop in releve at the end of your turn. After you have that mastered, go for your double. Make sure you spot, go all the way up on releve, make sure your shoulders are down, and find your center. Good luck!

Spot, spot, spot! And when you're preparing, make sure to wind up your upperbody in the opposite direction of the way you are turning. Like, if I'm going to turn clockwise, I'll wind up counter-clockwise. The force will spin you around faster.

Practice makes perfect. Also, just pull up on your leg and make sure you spot.
