Valarian- at most drug stores. a Capsule... i don't like them either. So what i do is
open up the capsule, get a piece of bread or something, add Peanut Buttter (So you can't taste the Valarian) and eat it as a sandwich every night b4 u go to bed.
also, try it w/ choco ice cream or something lol

im the same never been able 2 sleep sinse as long as i can remember but im in azer baijan at the moment and got some over the counter wow 10 mins im fast asleep and there non adictive which is a great thing i take the all the time stops me boozing to get to sleep any quetions email me at thelionrampant2003@yahoo.co.uk they really work for me

I just stay up for as loing as I can. If I do not sleep I just don't sleep. But usually this will only last a couple of days. then I can't sleep so I just stay up till I can't stay up any more

check out your local health food store, may have natural remedies that would work better.
Also try to increase your activity level to help wear yourself out, try biking, running, working out. If you are finding you still are are unable to sleep, then get in to see your Dr. Could just be stress, boredom, or could be serious. hope that this helps, and good luck.

there are many herbs that will help induce sleep,,check with your local heath food store ,,they can tell you anything you need to know,,, i use some myself and they help to relax you and make going to sleep easier
