You concentrate or focus on something by understanding the problem. Once you can identify the problem you have a point of focus. If you understand the problem, in about 90% of the cases you will know the answer. Your brain will work on the other 10% until it finds the answer without you even knowing about it until it finds the answer and lets you know.

Many problems are quite large and must be broken down into smaller problems which will be easier to solve. Extremely large problems must be broken down into many smaller problems and assigned to a large numbers of people.

If you are trying to memorize something large, place the paper on a table near you and look at it many times during the day until you have learned it all.

Well, what I do is this. I first go somewhere in my apt. and just close my eyes and relax myself. Then I go and focus on what I need to do. That means NO COMPUTER, NO TV, NO PHONE. Nothing gets touched until Im done with everything. It might work give it a shot what you got to lose!

If it is a medical issue ateral is what you should get. But then again everything is in your head. Meaning you could do what ever you want you just have to want it. Stop playing around a understand what is it your doing. Be determined.
