If it's a stationary show on or off-b'way, then just send it to the theatre. We usually get our mail. Takes a while but we get it. If it's a tour, then just go to the tour website, look for the production company and send it to the actor c/o the production company. It takes at least two or three weeks for us to get our mail if we're on tour.
