Stop replying to the email. Once they know that it is a valid address, they will keep sending spam. Block the address if you can, but stop responding to them.

Well, this is something that you have to get used to it while you are using free emails like Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail. If you have an email hosting they will install a SPAM filter for you and you will minimize these kind of emails.
