Probably not. There are several more things about the memory to consider than just the DDR specification. Ask a computer nerd at Best Buy or some other computer service location. You have to be exact with all of the specifications including the specs on the P3 and the P4.

only some p3 motherboards have ddr slot for 266 mhz. find the motherboard and u can use it

no u can cos the P3 main board doesnt have DIMM2 wich is compitable with the DDR

i think you can't cause ddr for new p4 only you must use sdram

Noway! The mother board must support DDRAM, Also you can't Mix DDRAM with SDRAM!

it can only be possible if your p3 system has socket for DDRAM... but usually it only have SDRAM or RDRAM...
