Choosing a flooring refinisher - tips?

Is there anything I should look for when chosing a company to refinish my hardword floors?

Ask them to give a list of references, and then CALL them. Check with the Better Business Bureau to see if they have any sort of a reputation with them.

do you know a real estate agent? they have a list of people they use ll the time.
