flies always manage to get in my house, they tend to hang out around the windows, and they leave little brown dots all over, what is this?

Fly vomit... gross eh? They puke up everytime they land. Google it if you're interested, there's bound to be lots of info on it.

what that is is a fly spot better know has a fly egg spot. clean them asap to have less flies around.

They are throwing up. I forgot why they do that though. Did you ever watch the movie "The Fly"? It is a good movie.
