I think everyone has underrated both the Huskies and the Washington State Cougars. They are both great teams that are coming back to prominence. The USC squad is still struggling to find itself. They had wide receivers Dwayne Jarrett, Steve Smith, and Chris McFoy out on injuries. Not to mention they still don't have a fullback, which is a huge part of the USC offense. Of the 6 returning defensive linemen, there are 4 out on injuries. So USC is playing with a very young team and somehow still finding a way to win. I think Lane Kiffin needs to change his offensive attack though, because it isn't working. The games are too close and it is bound to catch up to USC sooner or later. If things don't improve, USC will lose to Oregon, CAL, and Notre Dame.

A prime example of "Winning Ugly".
Hopefully, they can find a solution to the series of injuries they have had. In not, it could be a long remainder of a season.

That the Washington Huskies are getting better and better, give them credit, that's their first loss and coach Tyrone Willingham has begun to turn that program around.

I hope they lose and drop out of the top 10. They shouldn't be #3 right now either.

They won, that's all that matters.
At least they didn't suck as bad as Auburn.
