There are a few things you can try. Try all of them if you need to!

*Clean it with baking soda
*Leave an open box of baking soda in the (turned-off) microwave until the smell goes away
*Stuff it with newspaper, possibly with baking soda as well. Leave it there as long as you can, until the smell goes away. This works for gym bags and things like that. If you do this in your microwave, UNPLUG IT so that it will not come on by accident or anything.
*Just clean it as well as you can, and leave it open for a few days. The smell can't last forever. In the meantime, cook some yummy things in there, like cinnamon tea, apple-cinnamon muffins, etc.
