Not Red, It always ends up looking too orange in the Sun, plus for some reason that is a trend among older women. Brown with Sandy Blonde highlights I think would look great on you based on your cartoon picture.

Fair skinned women look good in red tones. Black is too harsh a look and blond just makes them look more pale.

Medium golden (but not toooo gold) blonde. Unless you have dark pigmentation that will not allow you to go up to a level blonde. If you have 50% (and above) grey, the blonde would do it.

You never want to go with a very dark color as it makes you look more harsh and older, a soft color, looks very well, no mater what shade you decide to go. soft browns, often do well.

if they have pink undertones then auburn red hair, if they have red undertones then medium brown, if they have yellow (sallow) undertones then dark brown, and if they have olive undertones then blonde ( real looking blonde with both medium and light tones so it looks real not bleached) just my opinion
