T.J. Maxx or Marshalls, if you don't have those then maybe something like Target or Walmart or a factory outlet. Sometimes you can get brand new name brand clothes from a thrift store. I wouldn't think shoes from there would be a good idea.

Thrift stores!! I do almost all of my clothes shopping at thrift stores. The clothes are in great shape, lots of different brand names, and terriffic prices. My favorite store is run by the ladies of the Assistance League of my city. Goodwill is another great store. There is one standard price for all the blouses (usually 3.99) and then on certain days, the plastic tag color determines whether you get that item for 50% off. There are other "hole-in-the-wall" thrift stores I check out, also, as I've found some VERY cheap clothes there, too. I recently bouaght a very nice sweater, 2 blouses, and a nice pair of velvet pants at Goodwill, all for $12.54!

I haven't had much luck with good shoes from thrift stores. For inexpensive brand name shoes, your best bet is either an outlet store (where they sell their own overstock) or a discount store, such as Payless Shoes or Target.

Hi! Well I just happen to live near an outlet ;p so that's where I've noticed some cheap name brands. But it just really depends on your timing, you might be there at a time where they're having a clearance sale so it just depends. I hope you'll find some cheap name brand stuff!

TJMAXX, Marshalls, walmart and target are good discount stores but not name brand. If what you want is name brand then go to Winners. They have amazing stuff for more than half the price and name brands include Baby Phat, Ecko Red and Von Dutch. Good luck shopping!

Concession stores. People bring clothes there, the store sells them, for a percentage and the former owners get the rest of the proceeds.
Find concession stores in your area. They're great! Look in the yellow pages.
Also, always go to the Episcopal Church rummage sales. Those ladies will donate Dior or Givenchy when they get old and tottery.

TJ Maxx carries some brand name items, but JC Penney and Old Navy usually have really good sales where you can get stuff for really cheap. E-bay is also a good place to find inexpensive (used) designer clothes.

I shop at the thrift stores so you may want to check your area for thrift stores where they are located. Sometime you can get clothes for as low as $.25 - $5.00.

Payless sells a lot of cheap brand sneakers in difrrent styles my favorite is Champion which was a really popular brand in the 80's.

Unsure where you are from.
But lots of countries have brand outlet malls.
These malls have many stores with famous brand names.
The outlets sell seconds, discontinued lines etc. all for a fraction of the retail price.
Check the web, phone book etc.
