Describes the ocean water. I need a word that describes what it LOOKS like. Not what is it...like blue, green, wet. Those are all great but not what I need!
If you know a word that you think might help me.
Thanx

The word "undulating" is a good one to describe the way the ocean looks. It means moving with a wavelike motion.

Crystal? That is, if you're describing it as clear.

Murky? If you're describing it as polluted.

I've heard people describe water in the form of its mood - i.e. a "blanket" when it represents warmth and safety.
