My wife and I have wool allergies. I know non-wool peacoats exist because I've seen them but I can't find one now. Thanks.

I can only find Pea Coats in different wools.
Would it be possible for you and your wife to go to a manufacturer to get these made for you directly, out of non-wool fabrics? Maybe a good man's suit shop could help?

As far as I know the U.S. Navy never released a non-wool Pea coat, if you are looking for a military issue. Even the newer non-vintage ones have wool mixed with other fibers. I am a retired U.S. Navy vet and I keep up with Navy history and I know of no pea coat ever issued with no wool. My guess is that due to your allergies (I have them as well and that is why I hardly ever wore my pea coat) you will need to look outside of the military. If you do go to eBay and someone clams it is military and has no wool then they are pulling it over your eyes.
