That is not the right spelling of the word I know what mean I cant spell it either,you buy at any hardware store in the paint department it is a paint thinner or cleaner I don't about changing the octane but I read where you get better gas millage.

It will do NOTHING for the octane rating.
Octane has nothing to do with the energy stored in gasoline. It ONLY has to do with the anti-knock properties of the fuel.With that exception, ALL gasoline of all grades are exactly the same.
Anything you add to the fuel should be a direct industry or manufacturer recommendation. Other substances can cause great harm to the engine, sensors, control devices, and cause unacceptable rises in emissions, which is punishable as both a Federal and state crime, and in some instances can be prosecutes as a felony.
